THE RETREAT

The Sedona Retreat

A RETURN TO SELF, TOGETHER

brought to you by The Sedona House

There’s a part of you that knows exactly what you need.

More rest. More space. More connection. Or maybe simply a pause.

This retreat is an invitation to listen to that voice.

Set in the powerful landscape of Sedona, we’ve created a different kind of experience.

One that allows you to design your stay in a way that feels aligned, while we hold the heart of the journey through guided daily programming and shared moments of connection.

This retreat is intentionally designed differently.

In the past, we followed the traditional retreat model, bundled accommodations, set meals, fixed experiences. While there is beauty in that, we began to notice something: not everyone experiences rest, connection, and transformation in the same way.

Some people crave luxury. Others prefer simplicity. Some want solitude and space. Others want shared homes and constant connection.

And just as importantly, we’re all in different seasons of life. With different budgets, needs, and priorities.

So we designed this retreat to meet you there.

You choose where you stay, what you eat, and how you move through your time outside of our sessions, creating an experience that aligns not only with your needs, but with what feels supportive and sustainable for you financially.

The Experience

Our intention is to give you the space and the guidance to connect with yourself.

Each day of the retreat is intentionally designed to offer a balance of structure and spaciousness — creating room for reflection, connection, adventure, and rest.

Rather than filling every moment, this experience invites you to slow down and engage with Sedona, yourself, and the practice in a meaningful and personal way.

  • Self-Guided Silent Mornings

Each morning, guests are invited to begin the day with a silent sit at the Peace Park where your Retreat host will be waiting. This is an optional, self-guided practice where you may arrive and leave at your own pace, staying for the length of time that feels supportive to you. Daily reflection cards will be provided to accompany your morning practice and connect with the theme of the day.

  • Afternoon Sessions

Each evening, we will gather for a guided 2-hour session including meditation, reflection, discussion, mindfulness teachings, journaling, and group connection. These sessions serve as the heart of our shared experience and are designed to gently support the unfolding theme of the retreat.

  • Intentional Hikes

Throughout the retreat, we will explore some of Sedona’s most beautiful and energetically significant trails, including Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. These hikes are designed to be more than physical movement, they are invitations into presence, perspective, grounding, and connection with the natural world.

  • The Space Between

There is space between intentionally left open for rest, integration, and personal exploration. Guests are encouraged to move intuitively through their time whether that means enjoying a nourishing meal, receiving bodywork, shopping, journaling, hiking independently, exploring Sedona, or simply resting.

  • Daily Reflection Cards

Each day, participants will receive a thoughtfully curated reflection card connected to the retreat theme. These prompts are designed to support contemplation, self-inquiry, and integration throughout our time together — creating a thread that carries through the entire experience.

Why Retreat?

We choose to step away from our daily lives, not to escape from them, but to to pause & gather the resources that we need.

To replenish our mind, body and spirit.

A retreat is a reminder

of what is most ESSENTIAL to us.
