  • Breathwork
    During this 60-minute class you will utilize holotropic breathing to help bridge the gap between your mind and body through the experience of deep presence and self awareness. Holotropic can be translated to mean moving towards wholeness.

    The benefits of this breathwork practice include promoting the release of toxins, boosting your immune system, improved digestion, and reduced physical and emotional stress. In each class you’ll experience an opening meditation, holotropic breathwork and a grounding closing meditation.

    Meditation
    During this 60-minute practice you will get to explore the various styles of meditation and find a greater understanding of the teachings of the practice. Each experience will include pranayama, body awareness and a guided meditation.

  • Sound Healing
    For 60 minutes you will be immersed in sound waves, using the energetic frequencies of sound to move the mind and body into a relaxed state. During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur. You don’t need to “do” anything, just come and receive the healing power of sound.

    Restorative Yoga
    In this 60-minute class you will have the ultimate experience of release. Utilizing props, your body will be fully supported in various postures designed to release physical and emotional tension. This practice nourishes your entire being and is a wonderful way to find a greater sense of grounding.

    Yin + Restore + Sound Healing

    During this 75 Minute class you can expect guided breath practices and meditation as you relax in gentle yoga poses with the support of props. You’ll leave this class with a renewed sense of ease and inner harmony.

    Reiki + Sound Healing + Aromatherapy

    During this 75-minute practice you be guided through a meditative journey supported by reiki energy healing, sound healing and aromatherapy. Prepare for a deep journey inward during this sensory experience. Leave this class feeling at peace and connected to your own inner wisdom.

  • Women’s Embodiment + Somatics
    This is a 60-minute guided somatic movement practice. The intention is to place your attention on the internal experience of movement versus the external result or experience. Movement for the sake of movement. Through this practice you will learn how to regulate your nervous system and become more attuned to the subtle cues of your body. This class includes guided movement and education. You will walk away feeling empowered.

    Slow Flow
    This 60-minute class will take you through a gentle vinyasa flow where you’ll move your body in slow, meditative movements designed to create a sense of release. The movement practice will conclude with a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling at ease.

    Flow & Restore
    This 60-minute gentle vinyasa flow will help release tension both physically and mentally. The practice will conclude with a series of restorative asanas, supported by props, designed to give your body the opportunity to truly rest.
