Why Retreat?

We choose to step away from our daily lives, not to escape from them, but to to pause & gather the resources that we need.

To replenish our mind, body and spirit.

The Logistics

A simple retreat.

  • We will be co-living in a simple Airbnb by the sea in Denmark, an hour drive from Copenhagen.

    True to the cultures less-is-more nature, accommodations are modest and simple with only a bed and linens in each room.

    Removing distractions to allow for inner stillness and peace.

    The exact location & housing details will be released 30 days prior to the retreat.

  • This home includes a main house and an annex which will both hold guests.

    Rooms are assigned by your hosts based on your room-tier.

    Special requests are considered but we are not always able to accommodate.

  • Slow food will be a focus for this retreat.

    Simple breakfast, lunch and dinner options will be provided daily at your retreat house.

    Some meals will be prepared for you and some meals we will prepare together as a community.

    Disclaimer:

    Any food purchased out on the town, in cafes or if you choose to eat out at a restaurant, is your financial responsibility.

  • Travel insurance is mandatory to cover the cost of your non-refundable trip. This protects your investment so you can plan travel with ease.

    Confirm that your passport is valid.

    Fly into Copenhagen Airport

    Travel from airport to retreat house is your responsibility (taxi, shared car)

    Travel to and from planned excursions is included in your trip

    The City of Copenhagen, Hike the countryside, indulge in slow Hygge culture, Walk down to the Sea for a dip

    Rest:

    Nap, lay on a lounge chair and watch the sunset, curl up with a book

    Meals:

    In an effort to encourage slow and intimate living, some meals will be prepared for you and some meals we will prepare together as a community.
