The Foundations
Introduction to Meditation Series
brought to you by The Sedona House
This series is designed for anyone that is interested in creating a foundation for a meditation practice.
Misconceptions about the practice or previous experiences that you feeling like “ehh, was I doing that right?” can leave with more questions than clarity.
This training has transformed the way our students approach their practice so they can get past conceptualizing the practice and into living a more mindful life everyday.
In this series we will focus less on creating a rigorous practice and more on removing some of the barriers to the practice and finding techniques that actually work for you.
We believe with education and simplification of the work, mediation can become a part of anyone’s life.
